These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services, website and text messaging program of Vermont VIP Services ("we," "us," or "our"). Our text messaging program is operated by Offshore Marketing LLC on our behalf. By using our services, booking a ride, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Our services
We provide chauffeured transportation, including airport transfers, executive transportation, winery and brewery tours, special events and ski area transportation. Rides may be booked by phone or through our website. Availability, pricing and hours may change without notice.
2. SMS Terms
Our SMS program sends you text messages about rides you book with us. The following terms govern that program.
Program and message types. Messages are transactional and customer requested: booking confirmations, pickup reminders, driver on the way updates, payment or invoice links and a short feedback request after your ride. Messages are sent under the name Vermont VIP Services by Offshore Marketing LLC.
How you opt in. You opt in verbally on a phone call you place to us. Before any message is sent, our staff or phone assistant asks for your permission with a clear disclosure, and we send texts only if you agree. If you ask us to text a different number, we confirm consent for that number before sending.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You typically receive a few messages for each ride you book.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
To opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We send no further messages and remove your number from our messaging list within 24 hours of your request.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Supported carriers. Compatible with major U.S. carriers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
3. Bookings and payment
Rides are subject to availability and to the rates and policies in effect at the time of booking. You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop off, flight and passenger information. Payment, cancellation and refund terms are those disclosed to you when you book. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Square.
4. Passenger conduct
Passengers must follow applicable laws and our chauffeurs' safety instructions. We may refuse or end service for unsafe or unlawful conduct, and passengers are responsible for damage they cause to our vehicles.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use our services and website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with other users, or use our messaging program for any purpose other than as intended.
6. Intellectual property
The content, branding and materials on our website are owned by Vermont VIP Services or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
7. Disclaimers
Our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Travel times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather and flight changes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vermont VIP Services and Offshore Marketing LLC, and their owners, employees and agents, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, website or messaging program.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Vermont.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
